My daughter, Vanessa, is in this photo doing a backbend for her gymnastics teacher… Milla is originally from Russia, and is the gorgeous blond woman watching from the bench. She organized a demonstration for us parents to show the progress of the students. Milla is vivacious and elegant, and makes class so much fun for the girls. She combines flowing dance movements with gymnastic skills, resulting in what she calls Rhythm Gymnastics. Her encouraging words, gentle guidance, hugs, and sweet smiles make my heart feel happy when I watch her teach. She helps the girls really feel good about themselves as they improve their flexibility, strength and skills.
