Pilates Training

 

Anita’s love of movement began as a young girl- dancing, riding horses, biking, and ice skating.  She graduated from Allegheny College (with a degree in Communication Arts) where she was very involved in acting, singing, and was the student director of the modern dance company.  She is a mother of two young girls, an avid equestrian and a Tai Chi and yoga enthusiast. 

She is comprehensively certified through Peak Pilates, has been teaching at Pilates Sol in downtown Pittsburgh since 2010, and loves teaching at her own home studio  in Squirrel Hill. “Pilates gives me strength, flexibility, and good energy to be able to enjoy each day.  I love helping people feel their best through Pilates!”

Private Pilates training on the Reformer, Tower, Mat and Chair is available at Anita’s studio.  Sessions are $65, or 5 for $300.  Limited appointments available.
